Our preliminary findings suggest that they were occupying a property within the estate without proper authorization, in clear violation of our stringent community policies, which strictly limit the number of occupants per household to maintain a safe and orderly environment.

We are deeply grateful to our dedicated security team, whose vigilance and cooperation with law enforcement played a critical role in facilitating this successful operation.
