Adom City Estate has for the past years since 2016 provided affordable housing and has carved a niche for ourselves in the lower-income/ affordable housing bracket.

We have been proud recipients of awards as the best estate developer (Lower Income Division), from 2016-2019 by events organized by the Ministry and the Ghana Property Awards. By your kind support and belief in the brand, I was recognized in 2018 as the Real Estate Personality of the year and in 2021 an Outstanding Business Leader in Real Estate by the Ghana Standards Awards.  Additionally, the company has been recognized internationally as a leader in affordable housing in Ghana by the African Property Investment Group and the International Property Awards organization.
