This industrial placement program is designed to immerse students in various fields within the industry, honing their skills with the ultimate goal of securing employment for them. This initiative aligns with our mission and commitment as a company to unearth young talents by providing equal opportunities across the value chain, making them valuable members of society. It also reflects the personal commitment of our CEO, Dr. Bright Adom, to create opportunities for growth and talent development.
On Monday, the 13th, a group of 29 students attended an orientation session at the Adom Group corporate office in Accra. Following the orientation, these students were assigned to various project sites managed by Adom City Estate.
During his address at the orientation, the CEO of Adom Group encouraged the students to bring their best effort and maintain a positive attitude toward their work. He urged them to explore beyond their current skill set and consider other opportunities to expand their capabilities.
The initial batch consists of 29 students, with plans for Adom City Estate to welcome additional participants as the program progresses.
